Preparation
- Chop the banana into 1-inch pieces and freeze them for at least 1-2 hours if possible (or overnight).
Processing
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a food processor fitted with a standard S blade.
- Process for 2-4 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides with a plastic spatula.
Serving
- Once everything is smooth and well mixed, scoop the mixture into individual bowls.
- Add your desired toppings and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Serve in a chilled bowl to keep it fresh. This smoothie bowl is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 day.
