  • 2 cups pasta of your choice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
Cooking Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) Adjust to taste.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Add more for garnish if desired.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Pasta & Chicken
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook for 7–10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Adding Vegetables
  1. Add broccoli to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until tender but still bright green.
Final Assembly
  1. Stir in the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
  2. Add Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and evenly coated.
  3. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Feel free to swap the chicken for shrimp or tofu for a vegetarian option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be reheated in a microwave or on the stovetop, with a splash of water to keep pasta moist.
