Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in honey and Cajun seasoning until smooth and well combined.
Cooking
  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the fillets for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden.
Glazing & Serving
  1. During the last minute of cooking, brush the honey butter mixture over the salmon.
  2. Serve warm with lemon wedges.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through.
