  • 2 pounds chicken breast or any meat of choice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 packet seasoning mix (like ranch or taco)
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables frozen or fresh

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning mix on top, then add the mixed vegetables.
Cooking
  1. Gently stir everything together.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Serving
  1. Shred the chicken with two forks, stir it back into the sauce, and serve warm.
