  • 7 oz marshmallow crème Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Crème is widely available.
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Madagascar Bourbon vanilla provides exceptional flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for an hour or microwave it for 10 seconds until softened.
  2. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 30 seconds until light and fluffy.
Mixing
  1. Add the marshmallow crème to the cream cheese, spraying measuring cups with cooking spray for easy release.
  2. Beat the mixture on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until completely combined.
Finalizing
  1. Pour in the vanilla extract and mix for an additional 15 seconds.
  2. Scrape down the bowl's sides and taste for adjustments; chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Consider adding lemon juice for tanginess or more vanilla for extra flavor; this dip can be made 5 days in advance.
