Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, pepper, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the seasoned chicken, then cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
Serving
- Shred the chicken with two forks and serve over rice or pasta, spooning the flavorful sauce on top.
