- In the slow cooker, mix the cooked beef with black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and salsa. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Finishing Touch
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips if desired.
