Preparation
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
Assemble the Layers
- Spoon a layer of peanut butter mixture into the bottom of each liner, then add a layer of strawberry purée, followed by another layer of peanut butter mixture on top.
Freeze & Finish
- Place the tin in the freezer for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Once set, remove from the liners and optionally roll in cocoa powder.
- Store in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy your peanut butter and strawberry cups.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to a month. You can customize with your favorite nut butter or add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a sweet and salty kick.
