Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
For the Salmon Bites
  • 1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • lime wedges for garnish
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add salmon pieces, toss to coat, and marinate for 15–30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the marinated salmon bites and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Finishing
  1. Pour any remaining marinade over the salmon and cook for 1 more minute to glaze.
  2. Serve warm, garnished with lime wedges and chopped green onions.

Notes

For an extra pop of flavor, serve with rice or a fresh salad. To store leftovers, let the salmon bites cool completely and place them in an airtight container. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
