  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce if needed.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Increase or decrease according to taste.
Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces Pork chops Bone-in or boneless, your choice.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • 2 cups Rice or mashed potatoes, for serving Choose according to preference.
  • 1 cup Fresh salad, optional, for serving Adds crunch and color.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to prepare the marinade.
Cooking
  1. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker, pour the marinade over them, and season with pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the pork is tender.
Serving
  1. Serve the pork chops warm over a bed of fluffy rice or creamy mashed potatoes, with a fresh salad on the side.

Notes

For extra flavor, allow the marinade to sit for a few minutes before pouring it over the pork. For a thicker sauce, remove the pork chops after cooking and simmer the marinade on the stove for a few minutes to reduce it.
